No, it's just extracted frames of Windows 7 boot animation. You can use it to make avatars, animations, etc.

What do I need to extract the images?, I wanna create a new animation but the resource tuner I use doesnt show a wim file

you should use ResHacker or Restorator 2007 and extract RCData as .wim. Then mount it in ImageX ang violla
